OEM is an abbreviation for Original Equipment Manufacturer and refers to the company which manufactured your machine, such as Canon, H-P, Sharp, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, etc. These manufacturers also supply replacement ink or toner cartridges and normally will put their name on these products, though their cartridges may in fact be manufactured by a sub-contractor.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your cartridge, we will immediately either replace this product on return at absolutely no charge, or raise a full credit to your account.
In the unlikely event that our product should cause any damage to your printer, we will reimburse any expense incurred on receipt of technician's report clearly stating that the damage was caused by the use of our product.
